Sometimes the location of an event changes after the invitation has already been created. For example, the event may move to another room or a more precise address becomes available. In Eventinfo.pro you can easily update the location via the menu (⁝) in the dashboard next to your invitation.
After saving, the new location immediately becomes visible on the online invitation.

What guests automatically see
The Directions button in the online invitation always uses the most recent location. As soon as you update the event details, the route button automatically opens the new destination.
Guests who open the invitation through the link will therefore immediately see the correct location and can navigate directly to the updated address.
Note about calendar entries
If guests previously added the event to their calendar via Add to calendar, the old location will still appear in that calendar entry. The route link in that calendar item will also still point to the original location.
In that case it is best to send guests a short message with the link to the online invitation. They will immediately see the new location there and can click Add to calendar again to update the event in their calendar.
If the location changes, always send a short message with the link to the online invitation. Guests can immediately open the updated route via the Directions button.
