An invitation on Eventinfo.pro is published as a web page. This means you can always make changes later, even after you have already shared the link with guests.
Guests open the same link every time. When you update something, they automatically see the most recent version of the invitation.
What guests automatically see
All changes you save become visible in the invitation immediately. For example:
- changes in the text
- a different photo
- a changed date or location
- an updated program
Guests do not need to receive a new link to see these changes.
When guests see the update
The new version appears as soon as the page is loaded again. In most cases this happens automatically when someone opens the invitation again.
If a guest already has the page open, refreshing the page usually helps.
When you do need to send a new link
In most situations the existing link will continue to work. Only when you change the URL of the invitation will the web address change.
In that case, guests will need to receive the new link in order to open the invitation.
Changes on the web page become visible automatically through the invitation link. Information in previously sent HTML emails does not change. Emails already in the inbox of guests cannot be edited.
