Send an invitation by email

When you save an invitation for the first time, Eventinfo automatically sends a ready-to-use email to the email address of your account. This email contains an image of the invitation and the link to the event webpage.

Each time you save the invitation again after making changes, you will receive an updated version of this email.

Forward the email to your guests

The easiest way to send the invitation by email is to forward the message you receive.

  1. Open the email you received from Eventinfo.
  2. Click Forward in your email program.
  3. If necessary, remove empty lines at the top so the email starts neatly.
  4. Preferably place your guests’ email addresses in the BCC field.
  5. Send the email.

Using BCC keeps the email addresses of your guests hidden from each other.

Alternative: send from the dashboard

You can also send the invitation directly from the dashboard. Click the menu (⁝) next to the invitation and choose Send e-mail.

In the window that appears, you can enter multiple email addresses. Place the addresses on separate lines or separate them with a semicolon.

Important to know

Eventinfo.pro only uses the entered email addresses to send the invitation once. The addresses are not stored.

The system also does not track which emails have been received or opened. Therefore, check the email addresses carefully before sending and keep track yourself of which addresses you used.
