All messages and photos from the guestbook can be exported. This allows you to save the responses, share them, or read them again later.
Eventinfo provides three export options: a document with all messages, a CSV file with the data, and a download containing all images.
Export to a document
With Export to text document, you create a clear document containing all messages from the guestbook. The messages are listed one below the other, including the name, date, and any photos.
This is a convenient way to keep the guestbook as a memory or to print the document.
Export to CSV
With Export to CSV, you download a spreadsheet file containing all messages. You can open this file in programs such as Excel or Google Sheets.
This export is useful when you want to sort, analyze, or combine the data with other lists.
Download all images
With Download all images, you download a zip file containing all photos that guests have added to the guestbook.
This is a quick way to keep all shared images from the event in one place.
