When you have received enough responses or when the event date is approaching, you can close the RSVP. From that moment, guests can no longer submit new responses.
The responses that have already been received will remain visible in the dashboard.
Closing RSVP
Go to the RSVP overview of your event in the dashboard. Click the menu (⁝) at the top. In this menu you will find the option Close RSVP.
After closing RSVP, guests can no longer use the form to confirm or decline their attendance.
What will continue to work
Closing RSVP only affects new responses. The invitation page itself will remain accessible through the link.
All existing responses will remain visible in the dashboard. You can still view, edit, or export them.
You might use this option, for example, when the planning is finalized and you no longer want to receive new registrations.
