All RSVP responses can be exported to a file. This is useful when you want to share, print, or further process the guest list.
You can export the responses as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.

Create an export
Go to the RSVP overview in the dashboard of your event. Click the menu (⁝) at the top. In this menu you will find several export options:
- CSV export
- Excel export
- PDF export
After selecting an option, the file will automatically be downloaded.
Use CSV or Excel if you want to edit or sort the data. Choose PDF if you want to share or print an overview.
What the export file contains
The export contains the same data as shown in the RSVP overview. For each response you will see, for example:
- RSVP date
- guest name
- attendance (Yes / No / Maybe)
- number of people
- personal message
An example export may look like this:
RSVP date — 11 Mar. 2026
name — Mark
attendance — Yes
people — 2
message — See you at the housewarming. We’re looking forward to it.
This structure makes it easy to reuse or share the data.
When exporting is useful
Exporting RSVP data can be helpful when you want to share a guest list with a venue, caterer, or colleague.
It is also useful for printing an attendance list or editing the data further in Excel.
