The RSVP feature allows guests to indicate whether they will attend. This helps you quickly see how many people are coming.
Guests open the invitation via the link and click the RSVP button at the bottom. A form then appears where they can enter their response.

What guests fill in
In the RSVP form, guests enter a few simple details. This lets you know who responded and how many people will attend.
The form typically includes:
- guest name
- email address
- whether the guest will attend
- number of attendees
- an optional personal message
After completing the form, guests click Send. Their response is saved immediately.
Where you see the responses
All responses automatically appear in the RSVP overview in your dashboard. There you can quickly see who will attend, who will not, and how many people are registered.

Each response shows details such as the guest’s name, the number of attendees, and any message they included.
Why RSVP is useful
Using RSVP means you no longer need to track responses through separate messages or emails. All answers are collected clearly in one place.
This makes it easier to plan the number of guests and prepare for the event.
