Closing the guestbook

When the event is over or when you no longer want to receive new messages, you can close the guestbook. From that moment on, guests will not be able to add new messages or photos.

Existing messages remain visible in the guestbook.

Closing the guestbook

Go to the guestbook of your event in the dashboard. Click the menu (⁝) at the top and choose the option Close guestbook.

From that moment on, no new messages can be added.

What happens to existing messages

All messages and photos already in the guestbook remain visible. You can still view, edit, hide, or export them.

Closing the guestbook therefore only affects new responses.

When closing the guestbook is useful

Closing the guestbook can be helpful when the event is finished and you want to keep the guestbook as a memory.

It can also be useful when you want to keep the overview unchanged without new messages being added.
