Sometimes you may want to make a guestbook message temporarily invisible. For example, when a message is not appropriate or when something was posted by mistake.
Instead of deleting the message immediately, you can hide it. The message will remain stored but will no longer be visible to guests.
Hide a message
Go to the guestbook of your event in the dashboard. Each message has a menu (⁝) on the right side.
Click this menu and choose Hide to hide the message.

The message will then disappear from the guestbook that guests see. It will remain visible in the guestbook inside your dashboard.
When hiding is useful
Hiding a message can be helpful when:
- a message is not suitable for all guests
- incorrect information was posted by mistake
- you want to review a message before keeping it visible
Because the message is not deleted, you can always decide later to make it visible again in the dashboard.
