You can decide who is able to view the guestbook. This is controlled by the guestbook visibility setting. There are three possible options: public, private, and hidden.
This setting does not determine whether guests can leave messages — they can always post a message as long as the guestbook is enabled. The setting only determines who can see the existing messages.

You can change the visibility of the guestbook at any time. For example, you can first collect messages and make the guestbook public later.
Public — visible through the invitation
When the guestbook is set to public, anyone with the invitation link can also view all messages in the guestbook.
This is the most common setting. Guests can not only post their own message, but also read the reactions and see the photos shared by others.
Private — visible through a separate link
With the private setting, the guestbook still exists but is not visible through the button on the invitation. Only people with the direct guestbook link can view the messages.
This can be useful when you want to share the guestbook with a smaller group.
Hidden — visible only in your dashboard
When the guestbook is set to hidden, messages are only visible to you in the Eventinfo dashboard.
Guests can still leave a message, but they cannot see messages from other guests.
