Editing Eventinfo templates

Eventinfo.pro templates are intended as a starting point for your own online invitation. You can therefore adapt a template to match your event. For example, you can change the texts, colors, images, or add your own information.

After choosing a template, you can modify almost every part so the invitation fits your event or organization.

What you can change

When editing a template, you can change things such as:

  • the title and texts of the invitation
  • photos or illustrations
  • colors and fonts
  • the layout of text blocks
  • information such as date, location, and program

This makes it easy to turn a template into a personal invitation.

Think of a template as a basic design. By changing texts, colors, and images, you can easily create an invitation that matches your event.

Condition: respect the rights of others

Editing a template is allowed as long as you do not infringe on the rights of third parties. This means, for example, that you may not add images, texts, or logos for which you do not have the right to use them.

Even when replacing existing elements in a template, you must check yourself whether the new content may be used.

Using images in templates

Some templates include photos or illustrations that are already part of the design. If these remain visible after you choose a template, you may use them in your invitation. In that case, Eventinfo.pro has the necessary rights to use them within the design.

If images or illustrations disappear when you change the design, you need to add new visuals yourself. For this, you can use your own photos or images from websites that offer free stock photos.

More information about usage rights and responsibilities can be found in the terms and conditions.
