What is the difference between Birth, Party, Wedding, Funeral and Business?
Functionally there is no difference between the event types. Every invitation works the same and can be fully customized. You decide the style, tone, and layout.
The chosen type mainly helps you get started. You will see examples that match the occasion, so you can begin more quickly with a design that already fits the mood.
For two event types, an additional date can be added:
- Birth – besides the date of a baby shower or welcome party, you can also include the baby's birth date. This makes both moments clearly visible.
- Funeral – besides the date of the funeral or memorial, you can also add the date of passing. This creates a clear distinction.
Whichever option you choose, you can fully adjust the design afterward. The event type is simply a starting point, not a limitation.
You are not locked into the selected type. Think of it as a smart starting point, not a restriction.
What does your choice mean in practice?
After selecting an event type, you will get:
- An empty layout if you want to start from scratch.
- A set of examples that match the chosen type and can be fully customized.
All examples are just a starting point. You can change colors, fonts, texts, and layout completely. A business design can easily become a party invitation, or the other way around.
Not sure which type to choose?
Select the type that best matches your occasion. The main goal is to get started quickly. You can then adjust everything step by step until the design perfectly fits your event.
Technically, every invitation works the same way. The difference is only in the examples and the possible extra date fields.
