Move text up and down
Moving text up or down is very simple. Just like in a Word document, you use the Enter key to add or remove lines. This lets you control exactly where your text appears.
- Move down: place your cursor above the text and press Enter. This adds an empty line above, pushing the text down.
- Move up: place your cursor below the text and remove the empty line (Backspace/Delete). The text moves up again.
Align text using the toolbar
The toolbar buttons help you align your text neatly:
- Align left – the default for body text.
- Center – ideal for titles or short lines.
- Align right – useful for additional details.
- Indent – to move text slightly inward.
Indent is only shown on larger screens. On mobile devices, text is aligned to the edges to make the best use of limited space.
