Every invitation has its own web address (URL). This is the link guests use to open your invitation.
When you create an invitation, Eventinfo.pro automatically suggests a URL based on the name of the event. You can easily adjust this link. Many people prefer to choose a shorter or clearer version.
Choose a short and clear link
The first part of the link is fixed: https://app.eventinfo.pro/. You can choose the last part yourself. This part becomes the recognizable address of your invitation.
A short link is usually the most convenient. It is easier to remember, quick to share through messaging apps, and even simple to say out loud.
It is best to choose a clear name with a few words, such as the name of the event or the people involved.
The link must be unique
Each invitation has a unique web address. If you enter a URL that is already taken, the input field turns red and you cannot save the link. When you choose an available URL, the field turns green and you can save the settings.
Changing the URL later
You can also change the URL later through the menu in the dashboard. Keep in mind that the old link will no longer work. Guests who open the old link will see a message that the page cannot be found.
If you change the URL after sharing the invitation, make sure to send the new link to your guests.
