Copy an invitation

Do you organize events regularly? Then you do not have to start from scratch every time. You can easily copy an existing invitation and use it as the basis for a new event. This way you keep the layout, style, and structure of your previous invitation.

duplicate the invitation

When copying is useful

Copying an invitation works especially well when you organize similar events regularly. For example:

  • an annual gathering
  • recurring workshops
  • regular drinks or team events
  • a series of events with the same structure

You only need to adjust the date, location, or text.

What is copied?

When you copy an invitation, the design is preserved. This means the most important elements are automatically included.

  • the card layout
  • the image or illustration
  • the text structure
  • colors and fonts

This allows you to continue quickly from an existing base.

After copying (duplicating) an invitation, it is best to immediately update the details of the new event through the menu (⁝) in the dashboard. This ensures that the date, location, and the buttons at the bottom of the invitation are set correctly.

What usually needs to be changed?

After copying, you usually only need to adjust a few practical details.

  • name of the event
  • date and time
  • location
  • program or instructions

Also check whether the image still fits the new event.

Useful for recurring events

For many organizers, one invitation eventually becomes a kind of template for future events. By copying a previous invitation, you can create a new version in just a few minutes.

Duplicating saves time and keeps your invitations visually consistent.
