While designing your invitation, you can show or hide the outlines of the text boxes. These outlines help you see where the different text fields are located and which area you are currently editing.
These outlines are only guides. They are meant to help you while designing.
Show outlines while editing
When the outlines are visible, you can clearly see where each text box is located. This makes it easier to select and edit a text field.
This is especially useful when you:
- want to edit text
- want to change the alignment
- want to quickly see which text field you are editing
The outlines are only visible while designing. In the final invitation that you share with guests, they are never shown.
Hide outlines temporarily
You can also hide the outlines. This shows the invitation without guide lines and gives a more realistic preview of how your design will look to guests.
This is helpful when you want to check whether the text is positioned correctly and whether the layout looks balanced.
Showing or hiding only affects the outlines of the text boxes. The text itself always remains visible. If you do not want to use a particular text box, simply leave it empty.
